REGISTRATION INFO
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration (payable to Silver Lake Regional H.S.)
Cash, bank checks, money orders, or personal check will be accepted. If personal checks are returned, the tuition and all penalty fees must be paid
Tuition is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment Students wishing to register in a course for credit MUST obtain a signature from a guidance counselor on the course registration form.
ALL CLASS LOCATIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES
Registration deadline for Silver Lake students is Friday, June 29th at 10:00am
Registration forms can be dropped off in the main lobby of the High School weekdays 7:30am - 2:00pm
Important Class Information
Classes will occur in two sessions:
Session 1 8:00-10:00
Session 2 10:00-12:00
Students must be present and participate in courses on all the dates and at all of the times scheduled
All requirements set by the teacher must be complete.
STUDENTS CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN TWO (2) UNEXCUSED ABSENCES
Family vacations are NOT excused absences
Students with more than two unexcused absences or with excessive tardiness from the same class will be dropped from the course and will receive a letter grade of “F”. There will be no tuition refund.
