FACTS Tuition Payment Processing System
Skutt Catholic will be using the FACTS Payment Processing System for the 2017-2018 school year to collect payments for tuition as well for many incidental expenses that crop up during the school year, ex. retreat & art fees, book sale charges, activity dues, sports & club apparel, etc.  After you choose your payment plan and method for tuition, there will be a box to check to let us know how you would like to pay for these incidental expenses.  The box will automatically default to be checked to pay for these items the same way as you are paying for tuition, so if you would like to be invoiced for these incidental expenses or to use a different payment method, please make sure to un-check that box.

You should have received an email from FACTS alerting you to set up your online account the week of May 22.  Thank you to all families who have set up their accounts already.  If you have not yet set up your account, you will receive another email request on Tues., June 13 and will have until Wed., June 21 to set your account up.  Please note that you may not use mobile devices to set up your account initially, but will be able to use mobile devices once the account is set up to make any changes in the future.

Some families have asked us to confirm that this is a legitimate payment system and is not phishing.  If you ever have any concerns regarding emails that you have received from Skutt Catholic, please do not hesitate to reach out to the business office at tarynclatanoff@skuttcatholic.com or (402) 333-0818 ext. 5117.  We will be in the office throughout the summer from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
