FACTS Tuition Payment Processing System

Skutt Catholic will be using the FACTS Payment Processing Systemfor the2017-2018 school year to collect payments for tuition as well for many incidental expenses that crop up during the school year ex. retreat & art fees, book sale charges, activity dues, sports & club apparel, etc.

If your family did not choose a payment plan, the monthly payment plan was chosen your family. For those families, the first payment is due on Thurs., Aug. 17. If for some reason you do not want a monthly option or would prefer a bi-monthly or every other week option to help with your personal budgeting, please contact either Taryn Clatanoff or Lana Trofholz to make that change.

Unless you have logged into the FACTS system and authorized an automatic withdrawal from your checking account, you will need to make these tuition payments by check to the school or mail a check to the lockbox stated on your FACTS invoice. If payments are not received by the 22nd of the month, a late charge will be added to your account.

To log into your account, you should use the Unique Registration Code found on the invoices sent to your email address and logging in at: and clicking on the link "Start Here" You will then choose "I have a registration code" and enter the your unique code. If you cannot find your unique code, please contact Taryn or Lana via email to get one sent to you.
Some families have asked us to confirm that this is a legitimate payment system and is not phishing. If you ever have any concerns regarding emails that you have received from Skutt Catholic, please do not hesitate to reach out to the business office at either
/ or at (402) 333-0818 ext. 5117 / 5124. We will be in the office throughout the summer from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 pm.

Important Traffic Pattern Notice

There are three entrances to our school property, the south entrance, the main/middle entrance and the north entrance.

The south entrance will allow traffic to enter and exit our property by a right turn ONLY.

The main/middle entrance (where the traffic light is) will allow traffic to enter and exit our property by either a right or left turn.

The north entrance (near the tennis courts) will also allow traffic to enter and exit our property by either a right or left turn. There will be no traffic signal to help at this entrance, so mature judgment will be necessary.

Important to note: There will be two-way traffic coming and going along the circular drive in front of the school. There will be NO STOPPING AND NO PARKING, anywhere along the drive.

The traffic flow for parents to drop off and pick up students will be through the student parking lot and then along the one-way lane adjacent to the gym entrance. In general, when parents come to pick up children after school, it is suggested that they find a parking spot in the main student parking lot and request that their children come there to find them.
