Andrew Austin

4th Grade Teacher

This is Mr. Austin's seventh year as a teacher (second year at SJWCA) with a background in math (ESE/ Spec. Ed.), English, and Theology. He worked for three years for Florida public schools and two years in Brooklyn at St. Saviour Catholic Academy.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a music minor in 2010, and is currently earning his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. Mr. Austin is certified to teach the following areas:

-English Gr. 6-12

-ESE (Exceptional Student Education) Gr. K-12

-Music K-12

When he's not in the class he loves playing music and cooking with his wife. He is also an accomplished musician and a blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
