“The principle goal of education is to create men who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done - men who are creative, inventive and discoverers.”
Yosup is one lucky guy.
He has the most fulfilling vocation teaching the most interesting subject matter (psychology) to some of the most amazing students (St. Ignatius College Preparatory, San Francisco, CA) during an amazing epoch (the digital age). He earned a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis on health and development at Stanford University and a teaching credential in Social Sciences and a M.A. in Digital Media and Learning at the University of San Francisco.
Yosup hopes to use digital tools for the sole purpose of engaging and sustaining student motivation, learning, and understanding in any way possible. He is excited by how teaching and learning will evolve in the next twenty years and hopes to be fully engaged in both activities.
In his spare time, he enjoys having neighborhood meals with his lovely wife, playing with his adorable daughter, and reading every 49ers article in the blogosphere.
