The South Huntington Union Free School District offers a variety of summer camps for students entering grades K-8. Click any of the links on the top of the page to access brochures, schedules, applications, tuition information, and registration.  Please note that some of our summer camps are half day programs and can be combined with The Wildcat Sports Camp to make it a full day program experience!

For 2017, all programs are held at Walt Whitman High School, 301 West Hills Rd unless otherwise noted.  

Our programs include:

Wildcat Coding Camp-Minds of The Future: Open to students entering grades 1-6, this program introduces students to the basics of computer science by means of coding/programming. Coders will explore various coding websites, programs, and interact with Dash and Dot Robots, as well as Code-A-Pillar and Osmo. 

Wildcat Music and Arts Camp: Open to students entering grades 2-9, this program offers a variety of classes for everyone! This one-of-a-kind camp provides students with a rich, full experience that includes a sampling of music, theater, and fine arts activities.

Wildcat Sports Camp: Open to students entering grades K-8, this program offers a variety of sports and activities for all boys and girls. Activities included are:  Flag Football / Cheerleading / Baseball / Softball /Boys and Girls Lacrosse/Soccer Recreation /Ultimate Frisbee/Bowling/Wrestling/Track & Field/Field Hockey/Fencing/Tennis/Golf. Wildcat Kids “A-Cat-emy is part of Wildcat Sports Camp and it is open to students entering grades K-2, this program introduces students to a variety of recreational sports such as basketball, soccer, and kickball.
