Enrichment Interest Clusters

Formally known as our “Brown Bag Lunch Program", Enrichment Interest Clusters are a wonderful opportunity for students to further develop their interests and find out what they are passionate about!

At the beginning of the school year, all 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
grade students complete an interest survey, indicating 10 topics they'd like to learn more about. Next, volunteer presenters with expertise in the areas of interest indicated by the results of the student survey are solicited from the Bedwell community. Volunteer presenters are matched with an audience of students who share their interest so that they may share their expertise, answer student questions and provide engaging learning opportunities that students may not get elsewhere. Enrichment Interest Clusters are held in the Enrichment Room either first or second period of the day, and require parent permission as students have to miss instructional time (just for that day's presentation).

If you would like to volunteer as a presenter for our Enrichment Interest Cluster Program, please complete the form at the bottom of this page and place it in Mrs. Leonard's mailbox!
