Welcome to the Bear Den

Our Goals   In the Bear Den, there are four general achievement groups: God, Country, Family, and Self.  These cubs will be getting out into the community to learn how they can make a difference, positively impact others, and serve their country.   In addition, the boys will gain a greater understanding of how to take care of themselves, their families, fellow scouts, and the environment.

Summary Much of the advancement for the Bear rank is done by the scout with his family outside of the den.  The parent signs off in the scout's handbook and the Den Leader records the advancements from the handbook in our tracking Software.  The Bear program relies heavily on family involvement, but you will see this gradually change with the scout doing more with his den and more individual direction as he graduates to Webelos.

Ready to join? Then you probably have some questions. Email the Den Leader at the link above and leave your phone number and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

  • Den 3 Page & Calendar Hey everyone, I have the keys to this car and I am trying it out. I have started to update the information, but I am still learning how this all works. I am trying to get things corrected to accurately reflect our den and appreciate your patience during this process.Over the next few weeks I will be populating the calendar on this page to reflect what I have previously e-mailed out.  Once I do that you will have the option to copy events onto your own personal calendar with the click of a button.Ben
