About the Teacher

Hello! My name is Laura Jacon and I am excited to be your child's second grade teacher this year.  This is my 10th year at Arongen in which I love its closeness and strong community.  I believe children learn best through differentiation, high expectations, enthusiasm, consistency, and lots of love!

This will be my 17th year of teaching; I have taught Grades K-4 and Reading and I have loved each experience in their own ways.  This will be my 9th year teaching 2nd grade.
