This site provides HPC related news, documentation and discussions platform for Sheffield University and the N8 HPC Research Partnership.
Information contained here are complementary to the information already provided on the computing related links further down this page.
There are no access restrictions regarding most of the material provided on this site. However, to access the discussions area you will need to email hpchub@sheffield.ac.uk asking to join the discussions group.

HPC Hub will provide an opportunity for researchers, post graduates and final year undergraduates to hear about projects which use research computing facilities locally at the University of Sheffield and nationally on the N8 HPC Centre.
The N8 HPC Centre provides compute capabilities to major "Research Projects" that can not otherwise be provided for by the locally available HPC resources.

We would be grateful if the use of Sheffield University HPC facilities could be acknowledged in papers, presentations, posters etc. The text to use is:
"This work made use of the  HPC facilities centrally provided by the Sheffield University."

We would gratefully accept information via email about your project, publications etc. that made use of the iceberg facilities and be delighted to promote them on HPC Projects pages.
