DELF Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française

DELF and DALF are international language diplomas issued by the French Education Ministry. These diplomas have worldwide recognition. 

The DELF and DALF are composed of six diplomas which are harmonized with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Edmonton Public Schools is accredited by the Commission nationale de DELF et du DALF (National Commission for DELF and DALF) in France as one of over 1000 examination centres in 173 countries for Le Diplôme d’études en langue française (DELF).

The DELF and DALF are international diplomas officially awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify the French language skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking) of candidates outside of France.

Universities in French-speaking countries recognize a B2 level for university entrance.
