Requesting IB Scores be sent to a University...
In April of the Senior year students will receive a "Request for Transcript" the CB IB Office. The CB IB Office will send this information to IB to one University for free. Scores for all IB courses will be sent directly to the University from IB in August/September after graduation. Scores are not sent after the Junior year as IB will only send the scores to one University for free for each candidate. The only way to submit scores after the junior year is to print a copy from candidates.ibo.org. Students will need their personal code and pin to access the information. Scores are available on the site July 6th.
AlumniStudents that graduated from the IB Programme before the current year and need a copy of Diploma Programme scores sent to a new university need to contact IB directly. Cocoa Beach cannot forward scores to a university. Complete the request transcript form at http://www.ibo.org/iba/transcripts/index.cfm. As of 5/15/2012, IB charges $14 for this service.
