Chromebook order

If you have a student who will be in Middle School next year, they will need a Chromebook for the 2025-26 school year. 

Online order form was sent to present 5th grade and new families by email on April 7, 2027.

• $100 deposit or full cost is due by May 4, 2025. Checks payable to St. Gerard Majella School, memo "Chromebook." 

• $269 Lenovo Chromebook 100e G4--11.6" screen non-touch

• $40 carrying case

• $140 extended warranty, 2026 through June 2029; that is, from 6th through 8th grade. Includes hardware, operating system, accidental damage, and on-site repair (when possible) for all 3 years

• $38 Google management license

• $487 Total

Chromebooks will be available for pickup during 6th Grade Re-up Day on August 7, 2026. The remaining balance is expected at this time. Pick up the device on 6th Grade Rev-up Day, August 7, at noon for last names beginning with A–M, 1:00 for last names beginning with N–Z. You will receive an email in early August as a reminder and listing the balance due.

Those who purchased a Chromebook on their own, please bring it, labeled with the student's name, on Rev-up Day, 8/7/26 so that it can be enrolled in Google management.
