Chromebook order

If you have a student who will be in Middle School next year, they will need a Chromebook for the 2025-26 school year. 

Online order form was sent to present 5th grade and new families by email on April 7, 2025.

• $100 deposit or full cost is due by May 5, 2025. Checks payable to St. Gerard Majella School, memo "Chromebook." 

• $269 Lenovo Chromebook 100e G4--11.6" screen non-touch

• $38.99 carrying case

• $140 extended warranty, 2025 through June 2028; that is, from 6th through 8th grade. Includes hardware, operating system, accidental damage, and on-site repair for all 3 years

• $36 Google management license

• $483.99 Total

Chromebooks will be available for pickup during 6th Grade Re-up Day on August 8, 2025. The remaining balance is expected at this time. Pick up their device on 6th Grade Rev-up Day, August 8, at noon for last names beginning with A–M, 1:00 for last names beginning with N–Z. You will receive an email in early August as a reminder and listing the balance due.

Those who purchased a Chromebook on their own, please bring it, labeled with the student's name, on Rev-up Day, 8/8/25 so that it can be enrolled in management.
