You must register online at West Mountain to participate in the "Oliver Winch After School Program". Please click here to register or go to "Mountain Activities" on the top of the page on the West Mountain website. Under "Winter" choose After School Programs. Oliver Winch Program is located under South Glens Falls. Choose the 6-week After School Programs.

Ski Club will run for 6 consecutive Wednesdays starting Wednesday, January 7 and continues January 14 , 21 and 28; February 4 and 11.
OWWMS lesson time is 4 PM
Meet in the LGI every Wednesday beginning January 7th directly after school. You will have time to change before boarding the bus. We usually arrive to the moutain around 3.
Program Passes will be handed out the first day of ski club. Please affix to outside of your jacket that you will be wearing each week. Passes are valid from 3-9 PM.
Chaperones will transport skis, poles, and snowboards. Students are responsible for clothing, boots, bags, and anything else going to the mountain.
You must have a note and /or the complete the "Alternate Transportation Form" if you are NOT planning on riding the bus.
There is NO bus transportation home, parents will need to make arrangements with their child concerning pick up times at the mountain.
Teacher chaperones will be available at the mountain to assist students until 7 PM. With any emergency seek out Ski Patrol.
Equipment drop off - All equipment (skis, poles, boots, snowboards, coats, pants, ski bags, etc.) can be dropped off at school until 1:30. If your child is dropped off in the morning they can bring their equipment straight to the LGI. Again, if students are riding the bus to West Mountain they are responsible for their clothing, book bag, boots. Skis, poles, and boards will be transported separately to the mountain. These items are not allowed on the AM or PM bus.

Transportation is provided to West Mountain for a onetime fee. The cost will be determined once we know how many participants there will be. If you are not riding the bus, please complete the Alternate Transportation Form below . If your child will not be riding the bus, all season you will only need to fill this Form out once.
