Welcome to St. Frances of Rome HSA!
The Saint Frances of Rome Home and School Association (HSA) is a non-profit parent organization.
All parents/guardians, teachers and staff of St. Frances of Rome are members of the HSA.
There are no membership fees.
The goals of the HSA are:
- to organize and promote fundraising events to support the needs of the school not included in the general budget;
- to organize activities/events that provide opportunities for families to socialize;
- to promote open communication between parents, teachers and staff.

We are happy that you have chosen SFR to provide a quality education for your children. As the Home and School Association, known as HSA, we strive to work with the school administration to support the school’s financial needs and to create an atmosphere where students, teachers and staff can do their best work.
From the first day of school, you become a member of the HSA. All parents/guardians, teachers and staff, are encouraged to participate in our activities. Everything we do and all funds we raise are for the betterment of St. Frances of Rome school.
In addition to fulfilling classroom book wish lists with Book Fair profits, and funding materials needed for our IBL Program, we have purchased new computer lab tables, reimbursed teachers for classroom supplies and funded the Ribbon Ceremony luncheon.
