Application fee:  $25 per child (new families only)

Registration fee:  $100 per child (due by January 6 or within 5 days of acceptance from the waiting list)

Materials and services fee:  $225 per child (due Monday, April 30)

Financial aid to assist with  tuition costs is available through several sources.  Applications are to be completed following guidelines set by the Archdiocese of Baltimore no later than February 29.  Please notify the school if you are applying for aid so we can get the correct information to you, and so we can be sure the Archdiocese has received your information.

Application fee:  There is no application fee for Preschool.

Registration and Materials  fee:  $210 per child (due by January 6 or within 5 days of acceptance from the waiting list)

Please note that financial aid is not available for preschool.

For all families
  • Fees are non-refundable.
  • Enrolled families will receive a bill from the school in early April showing financial aid awards (if applicable) and tuition/fees due.  Payments will begin in May.
  • Tuition payments are made through FACTS over a 10-month period beginning in May.  All families are to be enrolled in FACTS for the purpose of tuition payment and other fees that will be charged during the year, such as aftercare.   Payment in full of tuition by May 1 will receive a 2% discount.  April 30 is the last day to withdraw without tuition penalty.  Withdrawals between May 1 and the first day of school are subject to a 20% tuition penalty.  Withdrawals on or after the first day of school are subject to a 100% tuition penalty.  To withdraw your child, you must notify the school in writing (using registered mail) or through email to the principal.  


* A parishioner is defined as a practicing Roman Catholic registered in St. Francis of Assisi Parish.  To qualify for this rebate, the family is expected to attend at least 30 of the 52 Sunday masses during the previous year (May 1- April 30), as measured by use of the Sunday Mass collection envelopes.  Families who do not meet this expectation will not be granted the rebate automatically.  (However, once they reach the 30-mass expectation, they may request the rebate for that year by submitting a letter to the pastor.)  Contribution to the life of the parish through ministry and service are also strongly encouraged, especially if a family is requesting consideration for financial aid.
