6th grade students and parents

Remember that students entering 7th grade next fall are required to have up to date varicella and DPT immunizations.
You received a letter regarding updating these immunizations.
Appointments often fill quickly so I recommend  checking with your provider and scheduling your appointment.  Student records should be updated before May 1,  for entry into 7th grade.
If you have any questions or problems, please call me at the school.
