- HOw can you do better, what can you do better
- "Moving from "command and control" to successful collaboration isn't easy. But telling people what to do DOESN"T work!"
- Write a paragraph about a time in your life, when you were told what to do and it didn't work out.
- Collin Powell said "leadership is about being able to piss people off"... Powell was Commander of the U.S. Army Forces. This only works if you can challenge people, and be challenged all while caring for them as a human at the same time.
- Write a Paragraph about a time when collaborated and it was successful.
- "It's not mean, it's clear"... how can you make sure you are not being mean BUT being clear.
