IN CAMERA!!

Set your camera to F/4

Take a photo with a perfect exposure of a face straight on

Turn your model to one side

MAKE SURE YOU CAN STILL SEE THE EYELASHES ON THE FAR SIDE

Make sure you only photograph the eyelash on the far side of the face, NOT the eye!

SAME EXPOSURE FOR BOTH IMAGES!!

IN PHOTOSHOP!

Place the PROFILE picture in PS.

Place the STRAIGHT portrait on top of it.

PROFILE LAYER SHOULD BE THE BOTTOM LAYER!!!

Click on the top layer (straight face)

Reduce the opacity of the LAYER to about 50% so you can align your 2 images ( use the arrow keys for micro movements)

Make sure your image overlap like this:

Once you have the images perfectly aligned, add a mask to the top layer.

Paint along the edge of the profile like this:

LAST STEP!

Make sure you use a hard brush and clean masking.

Turn the image black and White.

Make adjustments

Turn it in as
