1. Open a photo of your choice in Photoshop
(preferably one that relates to the word you will choose).2. make sure you have your layers open!
3. Click on your background layer and duplicate it!
command and J to duplicate the background layer.
4. Click the half circle and select solid color.
Pick a color you like!!!!
5. Drag the color layer below the top layer in your
stack so that it is sandwiched between the two photos.
7. Click on the top layer, Then select to text tool
Work with a large, thick text such as impact!
8. To make text changes and adjustments,
Open your Character window by going to Window>character.
9. Drag the text below the top layer.
MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS EXACTLY LIKE THIS!!
10. Right click (or control click ) on the top layer (Background copy),
then scroll down to Create Clipping Mask.
11.WOW!!! Use your layer style options to add a
stroke or drop shadow,
or anything else.
12. Make 6 different photo texts with your
elements of art (line, shape, space, value,
color, texture)
Save them individually.
Place 6 samples on your ONE
PS document (12in x 12in 300 ppi) save as:
#_T_Last name first name.jpg
#_T_Last name first name.jpg
