As you may have picked up, Andy Warhol s one of my favorite artists.
He used video, photo, polaroids, silk screen, drawing, painting and so much more.
One of his series was the his screen tests where he placed his subject in from of a rolling camera, WITH NO DIRECTION for 5-20 minutes!!!
How awkward... and brilliant!! What a great way to capture awkwardness, reality, calmness...
I recently visited the Warhol museum in Pittsburgh and got to experience a similar screen test set up. See it here!

Using the hot lights in the studio, take a series of 10 screen tests of your peers.
Play with the lighting!! Create a different mood for each image!!
Place it on ONE OF THE 3 the grids below!
Make sure you images FIT into the WHOLE space... Use the mask tools to create clean selections!
Once you have taken your 10 photos...
