Information and
Call for Abstracts:

Dear Colleagues,

This note is by way of introduction and invitation to an upcoming scholarly event I know will be of interest to you. We at LSUHSC School of Nursing are pleased to announce that Epsilon Nu, the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society (STTI) chapter affiliated with LSUHSC School of Nursing will hold its annual Dr. Linda Corson Jones Scholarship Day on March 27, 2015at the Chateau Country Club in Kenner, LA. We have invited three remarkable plenary speakers who promise to deliver illuminating talks that will inform your work and that of your faculty and nursing staff. This year’s theme, Progressing Scholarship Through Practice, Education, Research & Service speaks to the inclusivity of nurses in various settings and levels of practice.  We believe this is going to be a spectacular event and want to invite you and members of your faculty and nursing staff to join us.

We are currently accepting abstracts which can be uploaded at

until 11:59pm on November 26, 2014. The conference will be held from 8:00am – 5:00pm. If I can provide additional information, please contact me at We look forward to seeing you there.

Best Regards,
