Our current capabilities include Medical Transcription, Recruitment, Data Entry, Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation & Filing and Financial Data Processing. This list will grow as we grow with new clients who like to work with us in new business functions. If you are a doctor or a medical practitioner, there is nothing much we need to explain about Medical transcription. If you are thinking of Data Entry jobs, you could outsource any type of such jobs. But certain functions such as Recruitment has very many sub-functions such as screening, interviewing, testing the candidates, background verification, offer letter printing, mailing etc. We focus on resume screening and arranging interview calls. If the candidate gets selected, we charge 8.33% of CTC/Salary or hourly billing rate. We also have specialized data migration tools that can transform the data from one form to the form that you need. Our sophisticated tools can load the data into your database platforms such as Oracle, SQL server, MySQL etc.

Some of our clients have outsourced accounts maintenance in Peachtree, Quickbooks etc. We review the accounts monthly to review if the income and expenses are accounted in correct buckets. We generate very many reports including balance sheet, cash flow statements that are required for your annual statements and business plans. We also prepare and file taxes using online software systems such as TurboTax, TaxAct etc.

We do KPO services such as Data Analysis (Statistical, Predictive/ trend) on your data such as survey data or financial data to provide you with intelligence reports. Our clients use these reports to evaluate their new initiatives and make an informed “Go/ No Go” decisions .
