Fingerprinting

FINGERPRINTS ARE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY


There is a $10 fee to fingerprint anyone not directly employed by the 14 Southeast Co-op school districts. A check, cash, or money order must be tendered before services are provided. The fee charged includes, but is not limited to, those working through Sub Teach, Will Sub, UAM, or teachers holding a license and not currently employed by a district.


You must bring to your appointment: 
1.) Printed copy of your Consent Form
2.) Printed copy of your Background Check Receipt (this will have a transaction # at the bottom that we will need to pull you up in the system- we will accept an electronic copy) 
3.) Photo ID
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR CONSENT FORM AND BACKGROUND CHECK PAYMENT RECEIPT, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR. NO EXCEPTIONS. 



Payments:
In-State Applicant  for Employment, Licensure/Renewal, or Pre-Service Teacher paying for your own state and federal criminal records check
Employers (School Districts/Charter Schools, Cooperatives, Vendors) and Educator Preparation Programs (for Pre-service Teachers) paying for the state and federal criminal records check
Out-of-State Applicant for Licensure by Reciprocity paying for your own state and federal criminal records check





You are responsible for being on time for your appointment.

If your time zone is not set to Central, the time will appear differently for you than our office, resulting in a missed appointment.
