Aloha Maui Mathletes,

Back by popular demand, we are excited to hold the Maui Math Challenge which is a competition for elementary school students in grades 3, 4, and 5 from public, private, and home-schools throughout Maui County.   Our math department and students who on our math teams are assembled and gearing up for another wonderful opportunity to share a Saturday with young mathletes doing MATH!!!


v   To increase interest in mathematics;

v   To develop problem-solving skills and teach advanced math concepts to interested students;

v   To interest students in STEM and mathematics careers; and

v   To give recognition to outstanding math students.

The 2019 Maui Math Challenge will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Seabury Hall in Makawao.
