World History

Welcome to World History. We have an exciting semester ahead of us in which we will explore our world’s modern history including industrialization, imperialism, revolutions, world wars, government, art, philosophy and much more. This class will be a fun mix of challenging and engaging activities to increase your understanding of how our world has arrived at where it is today. Emphasis will be placed on the political, economic and social outcomes of our units of study. We will begin with a review of some early world history, however the focus will be on the 19th & 20th centuries. 
 
Below you will find a calendar with homework listed daily. Additionally, some important documents can be found at the bottom of this page; however, blackboard will be the main source of documents/resources for this course. Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing our class blackboard page. Our textbook also has some great online resources available to aid in your studies, please check it out!
