My name is Sonia Andre-Borges, and I began working for the Springfield Township School District in the fall of 1998. I taught 8th grade English Language Arts at the High School until the 8th grade returned to the Middle School in the fall of September 2009. Since then I have taught both English Language Arts 8 and Gifted Support/Accelerated ELA 8 at the Middle School. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Salle University (Class of 1996) and a Master of Arts in Education from Gratz College (Class of 2010). This year, I am also serving as the 8th Grade Team Leader.
