Welcome to Brain Fitness ONLINE!  Each week, you will participate in readings and activities to help you understand more about brain fitness.  These readings and activities are in addition to your 3 to 5 days a week on the BrainHQ site, where you will be practicing activities designed to help enhance your cognitive functioning. Each week we will focus on a new topic.  There will be several readings to choose from.  If you have taken this course more than once, we offer this selection of different readings to better build your understanding of a topic.  In some cases, the topic will be brand new to our class, so there will be less of an option for readings.  Everyone should learn something new each week.

Some weeks, we will have a quiz.  Quizzes are graded automatically.  After submitting, remember to click on "see my results".  Instant gratification!  Nice...

Zoom Sessions

Many weeks, we offer a Zoom session.  The day or time may differ, but the instructions are always the same. Here is how you join us:

You may be asked to download a program.  When you download the program once, you will not have to do it again on your computer.   

NOTE:  Some people who do  not have a webcam or microphone will call in AND view on video.  This way, you can see what we are doing and communicate with us.  

Do you have a mobile device?  Then go to the app store and download the free Zoom app and set it up.    Then, when you click on the link it will automatically open in the app.  Or, just as easy, open the app and tap join a meeting, then add the meeting ID (919 195 9460).    Hope to see you there!!!
