How to Fix Primetime Login Issues
You must have the student with you and have access to a computer to fix Primetime login issues.
TIP: Browse to this page on a mobile device and read these steps as you go through them on the computer.
Step 1: Have the student attempt to log in at Primetime.
Look for the error under the Login button.
Which error do they get?
- Incorrect username or password.
Please try again.
- Your records are set to INACTIVE in our system.
Please alert a teacher.
- You are assigned to a school that is not yet set up for PrimeTime.
- Our system cannot find your student record.
Please contact tech support.
- You must enter your network username and password.
- None of the above.
