Career / Technical Education 

Through hands-on experiences with industry professionals, Springdale students have the opportunity to learn career skills and obtain professional certifications offered through a wide array of courses and organizations. Career and technical education is taking a prominent position in 21st century learning, and is of value to all students throughout their educational experience. Over 11,000 Springdale students will benefit from our wide variety of offered CTE courses each year. Regardless of your child’s academic plans, we offer CTE courses that will benefit them and aide in preparing them for a strong future. 

The Springdale school district offers CTE programming in the areas of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Culinary Arts, Engineering and Robotics, Information Technologies and Business Systems, Medical Professions, Law and Public Safety, Construction Management and CNC Operations, Television Production, and Environmental and Spatial Technologies in addition to many other opportunities for your child. It is our privilege tooffer your child access to industry- leading technology, and instructors with the experience and drive to prepare them to the highest levels for life after graduation.

The technical knowledge, workplace skills, and real-world experience gained through CTE prepare our current and future workforce for the high-skill, high-wage, high-demand careers so vital in today’s economy.
