About Us
The Springdale Public School Pre-K program currently serves 1300 students at 18 locations. All of the sites are quality approved through Arkansas’s Better Beginnings. Each classroom has twenty (20) students enrolled and is instructed by a state licensed teacher and a paraprofessional that has their Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or sixty (60) hours of college courses. Daily Activities are planned according to Arkansas Early Childhood Education Frameworks, the adopted curriculum, Open the World of Learning, Common Core Units and various other sources of activity ideas.

-------------------
Students must be dropped off and picked up at the classroom door by an adult each day. Parents are responsible for getting their child to school daily on time. Parents are encouraged to participate in their child's education by either visiting the school during the day and/or working with their child in the afternoons after school.
-------------------
Planned activities are facilitated by the teachers on a daily basis. These activities are planned with the students' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive education in mind. The goal of the Pre-K program is to prepare students for the future in school and in life
