Students will be MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) Testing later this week; Thursday and Friday. Please make sure your student gets a good night's rest, turns off all electronics two hours before bedtime, and eats a hearty breakfast. These are proven strategies that help students do their best on important standardized tests. We don't want to put too much pressure on them or test scores, but on the other hand, if following these simple tasks will help - why not!

Besides MAP Testing later this week, we are finishing up our "Shoes" Short Story and focusing on using context clues as a method of determining unfamiliar words or phrases.

As usual, please check the homework calendar for any due dates on assignments or upcoming tests.
