Wintertime is here!  According to the Mayo Clinic, maintaining your exercise routine during the winter can be rewarding. Winter exercise activity gets you out of your house and boosts your energy levels. It also improves your immune system. The Mayo Clinic states that those who perform moderate exercise get 20 to 30 percent less colds than non-exercisers.
