Participant Registration

By filling out this form you agree, to attend the Pilgrimage weekend.  The weekend will cost $200.  Note: this is a special rate for #80 ONLY based on double occupancy.

$50 is due with this application.

Balance is due three (3) weeks before the actual weekend. 

I authorize Presbyterian Pilgrimage to make use of pictures or video taken during the weekend involving me.  This will be used to document the weekend for the participants and to provide publicity for future weekends.

Please use the "Donate" link to access PayPall to pay deposit and/or full payment.  In comment field, key in "participant."  The $50 deposit is due with the registration form.  

The balance must be paid three (3) weeks prior to the weekend.
