The first oil well in Alberta. They built a discovery center.  Here is one of the drilling rigs outside. There are three or four of them.   Camp 'N Class in Stoney Plains, just outside of Edmonton. Kind of pricey at $48, but at least the internet and cable TV were included at no additional charge. It was a beautiful park (10 out of 10).   Just passin through here. Cocktails await. |
