School Supply Lists for 2017-2018 School Year

Welcome back students and families! Please see below for supply lists for grades 6th-11th. Lists in MS Word format are available to download at the bottom of the page.
6th Grade Supply List Quick Reference
7th Grade Supply List Quick Reference
- A 2-3 inch binder that can be separated into 5 sections
- 5 binder dividers (one for ELA, one for Math, one for Social Studies, one for Science, and one for Elective/Advisory)
- A 2 pocket folder that can be placed inside the binder
- At least 2 packs of white loose leaf paper
- 1 pack of graph paper
- 3 packs of black or blue pens
- 2 packs of number 2 pencils
- Highlighters (at least 2)
- A pencil case (preferably one that can be kept in binder)
- A sturdy supportive backpack
- A box of tissues
*Please keep in mind that consumable supplies such as paper, pens, etc. will have to be replenished throughout the year as needed.
*Please note that coming to class without the required items at any given time, will result in students being marked unprepared and will affect their grade negatively.
*Packs of pens/pencils/ highlighters should be left at home or in the locker, however students should always come to class with at least 3 pens, 3 pencils, and a highlighter in their pencil case.

8th Grade Supply List Quick Reference
REQUIRED MATERIALS
4 composition notebooks
3 ring binder (1 11/2 inch size just for math)
2 spiral notebooks (just for math)
2 packs of pens (blue or black ink)
1 pack of colored pen (for editing/proofreading purposes)
4 packs of No. 2 pencils
2 erasers
2 packs of white loose leaf paper
2 packs of graphing paper (just for math)
Pencil case (preferable one that can be kept in binder)
Highlighter
1 ruler (12”)
5 two pocket folders of different colors
Sturdy, supportive backpack
SUGGESTED MATERIALS
o Mini stapler
o Small 3 hole punch that fits in 3 ring binder

*Please keep in mind that consumable supplies such as notebooks, paper, pens, etc. will have to be replenished throughout the year as needed
*Packs of pens and pencils should be left at home or in the locker, however students should always have at least 4 pens and 4 pencils in their pencil case daily
9th Grade Supply List Quick Reference

- (5) Packages of College Ruled Loose Leaf
- (1) Pack of Self Adhesive Reinforcement Labels for Loose Leaf
- (2) 2 inch 3 Ring Binders (Five Star Flex Binder/Note binder is acceptable)
- (2) 5-Packs of Dividers (Should have at least 10 dividers)
- (2) Highlighters
- (1) Ruler marked in inches and centimeters
- (1) Pack of Graph Paper
- (2) Packs of lined Index Cards
- (1) Pencil Case
- (1) Pack of color pencils or markers
- (2) Notebooks (either spiral or marble is OK)
- (1) Heavy Weight Plastic Portfolio with 3 holes/fasteners. See below for example.
The binders should be organized as follows:
Binder 1:**All Bolded words should appear on the dividers
ELA folder, ELA with subsections Class, IR (Independent Reading), Vocab,
Global Studies Folder, Global Studies with 2 untitled sections to be announced.
Binder 2:
Science Folder, Science with 2 untitled sections to be announced.
***Extras of all materials should be kept at home for easy access***

Algebra/Geometry/Trig: TI-84 graphing calculator (Staples) $120.00 (optional- students will have access to these at school, but will not be allowed to take them home.)
As you can see, graphing calculators are used throughout high school. Good investment.
