Create a list of words and word associations related to the book. Do not use sentences. Include words that describe:
Places in the book
Characters in the book
Things in the book
Emotions from the book
Themes in the book
Action in the book
Revise your list of words.
Use a thesaurus to find synonyms that might be stronger verbs or more specific nouns.
Example: walking - stronger choices might be trudge, stroll, march, strut
You can use this online thesaurus.
Write an outline or summary of the book. Use phrases.

But...
So...
Cliffhanger...
Review your brainstorming lists and highlight words or phrases that you think might be good to include in your trailer script.
Here's one example:
The book I read is "The Three Little Pigs." I'm sure you know the story. Here are my ideas:
