The Rules of the Constitutional Convention

Personally, I think that we should not have closed and bolted the windows and doors.  Whomever had that idea, I am not pleased with them.  I was so hot because breeches are not meant for a heat wave in a Pennsylvania summer.  However, we needed to keep them closed because one of the rules of the Convention is that we had to keep the discussions secret.  Also, we had ongoing discussions from one subject to another and back to the same subject again.  This is because of the rule that said that no subject is closed.
