Our Classroom

I love to teach Kindergarten! The children are so full of life and curiosity that they are always ready to learn something new. In our classroom I teach reading, writing, math, science, social studies, history, and many, many more things. We play and learn together as a big family that trusts and respects each other.

My favorite part of teaching Kindergarten is teaching children to READ. Most of the children come into kindergarten not being able to read, but by the end of the year we are reading and writing like crazy! To me, this is the most important part of learning. As I tell the children, "Once you learn how to read, you can learn about anything."
