Cafeteria TV: During the last few weeks, you probably noticed that the cafeteria TV has been running slideshows that feature student projects. If you have student projects that you would like to share, please take pictures of your students, upload them to a folder in Google Drive and share the folder with me. This is a great way for students to share their work school-wide!

Teacher Laptop Tip: If your teacher laptop seems to be sluggish, acting strangely, or just not right, try giving it a restart. Restarting your computer will fix many small issues that seem to be happening and is one of the first things that we try when troubleshooting. The tech department recommends that you shut down and restart your computer on a daily basis.

Peep Notes of Encouragement: Attached to this email you will find a PDF file with "Peep" Notes of Encouragement. These are notes in the shape of marshmallow peeps that can be copied, cut, and handed out to students during testing, small groups, etc. The original file is from TeachersPayTeachers.

Tech Spotlight: Bitsboard has become a popular app in the primary grades. First graders are working on creating their own boards of word wall words they need to continue practicing. Second graders are expanding their rainforest knowledge by using the Bitsboard practice games with rainforest elements. Fifth grade wrapped up their regions projects right before vacation. If you are interested in seeing more of the finished Educreations projects, some samples can be found under the BMS Showcase tab on the BMS Tech and Media site.
