 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


 Withdrawal from the Construction, Renovation and Repair Expendable Trust Fund

 

Notice is hereby given that the Middleton School District School Board will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2026at 6:00PM at the Middleton Elementary School, 116 Kings Highway, Middleton NH, in accordance with RSA 198:20-c, III.

Purpose:
 The purpose of the hearing is to consider the withdrawal of up to $9,990.00 from the Construction, Renovation and Repair Expendable Trust, which was created in 2015 for the purpose of constructing, renovating or repairing the Middleton Elementary School.

Proposed Use of Funds:
 The funds are proposed to be used for the following repairs and maintenance projects:


The School Board will hear public comments regarding the proposed expenditure.
