Proper brushing and between-teeth cleaning are the foundation for good oral health, fresh breath, and a pleasant smile.  Always follow the advice of your dentist and dental hygienist, and always use the best oral hygiene aids- toothbrushes, inter-dental cleaners, and floss.

 It is important to keep your gums healthy; this can be a good start to overall health.  If your gums are inflamed, you are more likely to experience ill health, as your circulatory system spreads the effects of inflamed gums throughout the body.
