An elf on the shelf must have done these great decorations on the potted tree in the hallway!
The library is an exciting place in our school where kids learn Library Media skills, beginning with how to take good care of books up to and including to how to be a good digital citizen. Our curriculum can be viewed on the links to the right. Our catalog is available online by clicking here or on the right. We offer our students services like a web-filtering service through the online catalog and Interlibrary Loan within our district. We're also very excited about our school page on ikeepbookmarks! A great place for parents and kids to visit educational websites provided by our teachers here at RMS. Check it out!
Hi! My name is Mrs. Tenters and I am the School Librarian at Rindge Memorial School. Our school serves grades K-5 and in the library we try to ignite a lifelong passion for reading as well as teach kids how to be good digital citizens and consumers of media information. Shhh...don't tell my secret...It's the best job in the school!!
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. The girls keep us pretty busy with skiing, music lessons, dance lessons, and acting classes. When I'm not working or driving my girls around, I enjoy knitting, reading, and Zumba. We also have a wonderful family pet, our Golden Retriever named Fenway!
Hello! My name is Mrs. Wilson and I’m the Library Media Assistant at RMS. It’s my job to help students with books and show them how to use the technology we have to learn new and exciting things. As we move towards a more digital society, I am here to help students become responsible digital citizens. The library is the best resource in the school so we work hard to keep it open to students throughout the school day.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I have 3 boys, 2 dogs, a cat, and chickens which keep us very busy. We love doing things outdoors like sledding, hiking, swimming, boating, tubing, and camping. My family also loves movies, so we often pick a series and have Family Movie night once a week until we finish the series. My favorite movies are the ones that are based on books that we have read. I’ll tell you a secret though… the books are always better!
