MVS Happenings

Important dates to remember:

As of Friday, January 19th the gym is now open to after school activities!!  Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding.

Ski registrations were due on January 16th.  

Burning of the Greens is at that local skating arena on Friday, January 19th at 6:300.  Bring your ice skates or stay warm by the burning fire of Christmas trees.

MVS hosts its second Senior Breakfast of the school year.  The chorus will be providing the entertainment.  If you would like to see the menu click here,  Please register seat by calling 449-3306.

Waste Awareness Day is every Wednesday.  Try to use reusable containers and only pack food that you will eat.  Students who eat hot lunch should only take food they will eat.  Let's be aware of the amount of waste.

The MVS Chorus is at it again spreading cheer.  The chorus went to St Vincent De Paul and Coos County Nursing homes.

The Milan Village School Student Council is asking for your help with our local food pantries.
  If you like to participate, have your child bring in nonperishable items.   Each item he or she brings in enters them in a monthly drawing to win a gift certificate to the Milan Luncheonette.  The winners will be announced at the end of the month.  Thank you for your participation!!

The winner of the drawing at the Pumpkin Carving PTO event was Ava Villeneuve.  Congratulations!!

Our students donated 44 lbs of their Trick or Treat candy to send overseas to our troops.
