REMOTE LEARNING - Week #1 - 3/16 - 3/20: Simplifying Radicals...
3/16 - 3/20 - Use the document "Remote Learning - Week #1 - Simplifying Radicals Review". Follow the directions to work through this assignment. During week #1, do 10 problems per day by doing 5 problems from each of the 2 Geogebra tabs: Simplifying Radicals I, and Simplifying Radicals II (which cover simplifying radicals and also rationalizing the denominator). Be sure to write out all steps in your work very neatly and labelled. Take a picture of your work and email it to me by Friday at 8pm. Those that do the work successfully at a graded score of 80% or higher, I will count the work as a formative grade IF, and only if, it helps to raise your grade. I WILL NOT COUNT IT IF IT LOWERS YOUR GRADE!! These assignments are meant to help the students that are motivated to improve their grade, but it won't penalize those that have trouble with it and need more assistance when we return. The sites that we will use for this are on the document, but there are copied here below as well:
