The Santiago Finance Workshop will bring together academics, regulators and practitioners from all over the world in order to discuss new empirical and theoretical research that deals with finance, to highlight some of the associated challenges for regulators, but also to assess how regulatory changes may induce in turn some financial innovations in the market.

We are glad to announce that our keynote speakers will be Professor Michael Brennan (Anderson School of Management, UCLA) and Professor Eduardo Schwartz (University of California Los Angeles, UCLA).

The meeting is organized by the Center of Finance, the Millennium Institute for Research in Market Imperfections and Public Policy and the Business School at University of Chile.
