Hospitality Roster

Hospitality Calendar 2015/2016 for the Parish

"The Eucharist: Source and summit of the life and mission of the Church"

This roster is an initiative that grew out of the Parish Theme during 2012 “BE PART OF THE STORY"

Contact Robyn 9520 8277 if you wish to be on this roster.  The idea is that different groups volunteer to host hospitality after mass, either a morning tea or supper for the evening masses, and this can also include the welcoming of parishioners.

Our hope is that this helps build community and helps others to come to know your ministry within the parish.

INFORMATION FOR HOSTING MORNING TEA

Everything for morning tea is in a box in the unused confessional. It shouldn't be locked but if it is ask Robyn or one of the priests for a key.

The plastic box contains tea, coffee, sugar, cups, spoons etc.  The urn is also in the confessional.  There is also two large cardboard boxes with foam and plastic cups in it, if you run out of the ones in the plastic box.  You shouldn't need a electrical lead as there is now an outdoor power plug.  However, if you do need one, the little room next to the confessional has them hanging off the door.  There is a chance you could overload the circuits it you have two urns going at the same time, this has happened in the past.

Milk is not provided.  Sometimes there is cordial left over in the box, but you may need to check this.  The plastic tables are located in the area where the people wait to have Reconciliation.  There is also a bin in the main church foyer.

If you feel that the box needs to be replenished in anyway, please let me know.
