The Rossmor building includes 129 loft style condos which have 18 ft ceilings, cement floors, exposed duct work and each has a unique floor plan and layout all its own.  The first floor of the building is retail space and includes Key’s Café, Fitzgerald Park Gifts, Sawatdee and CAMP bar.  The Rossmor was built in 1916 as a shoe factory and eventually became an artists’ studio space where they worked and lived.  It was renovated in 2003, but retained many of its resident artists.  The building creates a large draw at the annual St. Paul Art Crawl.

The features and amenities in the Rossmor include concrete floors, security for the building, contract parking, stainless steel appliances and a limited number of pets are allowed.  The association dues are monthly and include the building exterior, hazard insurance, outside maintenance, professional management, sanitation, a security system, snow/lawn care and water/sewer. The Rossmor is located on Roberts Street between 9th and 10th Street and has easy access to 35E and I-94, is within walking distance to the city bus stop and the soon to be Saint Paul Light Rail system.
