The Fitzgerald Condominiums were renovated in 2005 as a condo conversion from the Shubert Building. Built in 1908, the six-story building has a total of 40 condominium units most of which contain stylish features such as maple cabinets, track lighting, lofted ceilings, walk-in closets and an electric fireplace.  The building was added to the National Historic Places in 1984 and is attached to the Fitzgerald Theater, home of Garrison Keillor's "A Prairie Home Companion".

The first floor is owned by Minnesota Public Radio and floors 2 through 5 are condominiums.  The Fitzgerald condominiums are close to the Saint Paul skyway and are a short walk to many of the attractions that downtown Saint Paul has to offer.
The building is located at the corner of Wabash and Exchange, has direct access to 35E and I-94, is within 6 blocks of the city bus and is close to the soon to be Saint Paul Light Rail system.  It is close to Lower town, the Saint Paul Riverfront, the Ordway Center, the Xcel Energy Center, as well as, many restaurants and busy nightlife.  Mears and Rice Park are also within easy walking distance.

The association dues include maintenance of the building exterior, hazard insurance, outside maintenance, professional management, sanitation, security, snow/lawn care and water/sewer.
