Importing your Zimbra Signature into Google Mail
    1. Sign into Google Apps by going to http://www.google.com/a/saintmarys.edu and entering your Saint Mary's username and password.
    2. If you are not automatically directed to your inbox, click on Mail in the toolbar at the top of the Google Apps webpage.
    3. If you had signatures created in Zimbra, you would have received an e-mail with the subject Zimbra Signature Transfer: your user name
    4. The e-mail will contain the text, with any formatting you may have had, of your saved signatures.
    5. If you wish to use any of those signatures in your Google Apps account, select the text of the signature you wish to use in Google Mail and copy the text. (You can only have one signature file in Google Apps.)
    6. Click on the Settings icon (it looks like a gear in the upper right corner of the window) and select Settings from the list that appears.
    7. Select the General tab (it may already be selected) and scroll down to the Signature section.
    8. Click on the button next to the text box (and not the button next to No signature)
    9. In the available text box, paste the signature that you copied from the Zimbra Signature Transfer message. The text and the formatting of your signature should appear as it was presented in the Zimbra Signature Transfer message.
      • If you wish to change your signature or create a new signature, type in the text box what you want to have appear in your signature exactly as you want it to appear in your messages. (Common items to include are your name, your e-mail address, and other contact information you wish to share with any person you send e-mail to.)
    10. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the window (you may need to scroll down to see the button).
    11. You can verify your new signature by creating a new message. Your new signature should automatically appear in the New Message window.

As indicated in your Zimbra Contacts Export message, your Contact Groups from Zimbra cannot be imported via this method. This is due to the significant differences between the way Zimbra and Google Apps handle having multiple e-mail addresses in a contact. Please refer to your Zimbra Contacts Export message for a list of any Contact Groups and their members that you may have had in Zimbra, and manually create new Contact Groups in Google Contacts using the instructions here.

Special Note: If you import a contact with a valid Gmail address, Google may automatically complete additional information about the contact, including a picture and a link to the Google+ profile.
